So, I know it's been a while, but I never was really good at this whole blog thing.
I had another doctor's appt on Tuesday that included my 1 hr glucose test...bleh! I had gained 3 more pounds, but baby boy grew immensely. The doctor measured me and I measured at 32 weeks! That's 3.5 weeks big! Ugh! So I will have another ultrasound at my next doctor's appointment on the 29th to see how big the baby is, not just the outside of my stomach.
Then I got a call later that night saying my glucose levels came back high and I would have to come back in for the longer, more thorough testing which I did this morning. It wasn't so bad, except I have horrible veins that for the 4 blood draws, they ended up sticking me 6 times. We should hopefully hear back on that by tomorrow.
On a bright note, hubby got a job! Woot! So we took a spur of the moment trip to Seattle this weekend. The weather couldn't have been better and we did the whole tourist thing. The best part was the roller derby bout that was taking place on Saturday night that we got to go to! It was so much fun. I will try to get to posting about the trip with pictures at some time.
Anywho, onto the pregnancy survey:
Weekly Survey ~ 28 weeks
How far along: 28 weeks; 5 days
Total weight gain/loss: +3.
Maternity Clothes: I really only have a couple pairs of pants that I like, all the others just aren't that comfortable...le sigh.
Stretch Marks: Allll over.
Sleep: So-so. If I go to bed to early (which is hard to prevent), I end up not sleeping well through the night, but I fall asleep too easily around 8 pm.
Best moment this week: Getting complemented on how cute I look.
Movement: Lots and lots, but that's a good thing.
Food Cravings: I have been ignoring them, trying to eat healthy.
Gender: It's a boy!
Labor Signs: Nada.
Belly Button in or out: I know I will say this and it will end up an outie next week, but my belly button doesn't seem to be popping out. I think the layer of insulation on top of the baby still allows it to be an inny. =)
What I miss: Sleeping through the night without having to get up to pee.
What I am looking forward to: The baby shower. =D
Milestones: Started my every two week appointments
Weekly Wisdom: Try to exercise consistently cause if you break, it makes it that much harder to get back into.
Pictures: Maybe.
