So, there is a BIG block of time missing. I did get my BusStat report finished and turned in on time...I don't think it was correct, but it was turned in. I then panicked and turned in an incorrect Accounting report...again, not correct, but done.
Skip ahead a week. I didn't study for either of my comprehensive finals all weekend long. Come Wednesday, day of my Accounting final, I felt fine, but I figured I would head to class 20 minutes early to get a quick review of all the new stuff we learned, just in case...hahaha, of course, Denise English, my professor, was in the hallway when I got there and since she knows Bachchi, my boss, and I have had her in previous classes, she stopped to talk with me and I got absolutely none, zero, zilch, reviewing in before the final. I still think I did fine though. I say a "B" in the class. THEN, Thursday was my BusStat test. I panicked. I took off an hour early and sat done to review everything and the sample Exam that he had given us, I didn't know how to do anything and I PANICKED! If someone had come across me that hour, they probably would have thought I was a crazed woman! But then somehow, the test wasn't that bad. I think I only wasn't 100% sure I was doing it correctly on one problem. So, I say a "B" in that class too. Works for me.
Since finals were done, that Friday, my husband took me on a date. It was nice, I think it was our first in about a month. We went to get some XMAS shopping done, went to On the Border to share a plate of appetizers and a couple of margaritas, then walked across the parking lot to watch "P.S., I Love You." Just one thing to say, I loved it, but my eyes were still swollen the NEXT day when I went to bed.
We celebrated Christmas at my mom's house on Sunday, 12/16. So early, but that was when everyone could make it. We had a white elephant exchange and low and behold, what did I get...a toilet seat!!! It was the only present that was more of a practical joke, but it kind of worked out cause one of our bathrooms toilet seats needs replaced.
Christmas at my dad's was this last Sunday, 12/23. We had drew names and exchanged presents. Had snacky foods and Andy, Kyle and I disappeared into the back room and watched Die Hard (the new one).
Finally, we went to Andy's parents house yesterday for Christmas. It was a nice day until the end. Andy went to go get our coats from his dad's room and his dad has a shelving unit with four shelves FULL of knick-knacks. It completely collapsed. Andy got hit above his eye and although there is a mark there, it's not a black eye or anything. He did scare us though, cause he didn't answer right away, so we all ended up running back there to make sure he was okay. Also, Andy finally held a baby for the first time *snicker*. He has always refused to hold babies before, and I was holding Gavin, his sister's 3 month old son, and he fell asleep and Christi wanted me to help open his presents, so I gave him to Andy and he held him for quite some time. Until he got stinky actually. I have some pics on my camera that I will have to post.
Throughout these last two weeks, I didn't watch my calories, ate TONS of junk and didn't workout, so it will be interesting at TOPS tomorrow. But today is the day that we are starting...both Andy and I. We are going to start getting up in the mornings to workout and eat much better. Last March, Andy had blood work done (just a normal physical), but his liver enzyme count in his blood came back high. He had to have an ultrasound (it's a boy, j/k) to make sure his liver wasn't damaged, and they said it was because he carries all his weight at his belly and he really needs to work on losing the weight. It is now almost a year later and if anything, he has gained more weight, so we are going to work on that.
Last thing. I ordered my camera today! Woo-Woo!!! Since the only thing we asked for for XMAS was Best Buy cards, we managed to get $400 there. But then I went to order it this morning and the color I want is no longer available, nor is the color of the case. AND in addition to that, I found it about $130 cheaper elsewhere. So we went ahead and ordered it as I wanted it for the cheaper price, and we are trying to figure out what to buy at Best Buy. I think I am pushing to a new vacuum, but Andy wants a PS3.

Let's talk about stress
I arrived at work yesterday to find a sheet turned over on my desk. It was specifications for a new computer. I have been needing a new work computer for a VERY long time. A note on it from my boss asking "Anything need changed?" Holy cow!!! This computer would easily beat my gaming computer...price quote =$3300!!! Woot, woot!
Also, Bachchi, Natasha and I headed to Best Buy to get us some bluetooth headsets. I brought mine home last night and charged it. When it was done charging, I attempted to connect it to my phone. No matter what I tried, my phone would not recognize it, AND I accidentally reset my phone so that it was no longer even connected to the Sprint network...ooops. At this point, Andy took over and called Sprint to reactivate my phone and fiddle with things. We think it is not the headset, cause his phone will recognize it, but we think it is my bluetooth on my phone. Bleh. At some point I will swing by the Sprint store and see if they can fix it.
Besides my brief time fixing my phone, I worked all night on my BusStat report due today. When I finally went to bed at 12:30, I had the entire statistical analysis done and I just have to write the actual paper portion. Luckily it only has to be less than a page. I am taking, hopefully, just the morning off from work to finish it up and then head on over to class after work.

I am such a Bah Humbug
I am not a Bah Humbug technically, but this year it just hasn't felt like Christmas. This term has seemed so much harder than others that I haven't been thinking of much else than school and trying to get myself to workout, that I haven't even put up Christmas decorations yet, and I don't think I will. Christmas is less than two weeks away and I only have about half my shopping done. Ugh! And let me tell you, I am sooooo sick of Christmas music already. I know, I know...Scrooge is me.
Yesterday I worked and then skipped class. Made enchiladas for Andy to take to work today. I worked out and did homework.

Sooooo long to wait.
Yesterday was a fairly boring day. I came to work, where Natasha and I got things ready for our auditors, they are beginning their Interim Audit this morning. Which just means that they are trying to get as much done as possible now, so that when they come back in February, things will be easier.
Class was boring too, but I did take my laptop and the screen didn't blank out on me! I had been having this problem, where my laptop screen would not display anything, but I could hook it up to a regular monitor and it would be fine. I took it to a computer store and they diagnosed my power inverter to be bad and ordered a new one, but since I needed my laptop for school work, I asked if I could take it home in the meantime. Well, since I have my laptop with me, it's not done at their shop reminding them that it needs fixed. It has been two months, where I call on a weekly basis, and the part still hasn't arrived yet...yeah, right...I think it hasn't even been ordered yet. So, in the meantime I had decided to redo my hard drive to clean it up and since I did that, my laptop has been working fine...stupid techs.
So, as I was saying, my laptop worked all through class yesterday...woot! Then I went and took my final exam in Marketing. We were so far ahead in the syllabus that the professor moved the exam up a week. I then proceeded home to work on my case assignments, which of course I did not do. I did not work out last night, but since I had that final, I had expected not to. Instead of working out or doing homework as I intended, I watched the "America's Next Top Model" episode that I missed last week...YAY, Bianca's gone!
Also, while at class, I contacted Cosmos, the company who will be doing our Europe tour, and found out when they will be releasing the 2009 tour dates. Of course it isn't until October of 2008. That is soooo far away, but Andy and I agreed that we will try to have all the fees saved up by then so we can just purchase the tour outright and then any additional money saved will be spending money.

Busy Weekend
Friday at work, we took the afternoon off and all went bowling, it was great. Bowled three games, man I am still sore, and then played some darts and had some drinks. It was a great way to end the week.
Saturday and Sunday was nothing but homework, homework, homework. It is "dead week" this week and I have a few case studies due.
I did really well calorie wise until yesterday, at which point I had about twice as many calories as I should have had, but it was soooo goood.

Work, work, work
Yesterday in Accounting class, our professor had someone come in to tell us about a Summer Exchange program. It sounded like soooo much fun, but then I realized all the reasons that I couldn't do it, so I was kind of depressed. Then when I got home, I checked the mail and our Europe brochures had come!!! I looked through the catalog just to make sure that the tour I was set on was really the one I wanted and what did I find? That tour actually takes you through the city that the Exchange program would be at. That made me feel quite a bit better. If you want to see the tour, here is the link: The Best of Europe.
It is month-end time, so I have been doing nothing but work and homework. Dead week is next week.
Didn't work out the last two days. I didn't work out this last week at all, kind of disappointed in myself, but I will change it going forward. My calories have been great though!!!

Don't Ask
So, although I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend, don't ask where the time went. I did nothing but play games this weekend and got nothing else done.
Friday night was my work's Christmas party. And although I only had a few drinks, any amount of alcohol affects me more than most, so I was a little tipsy. I didn't fall down or anything like that, I just fumbled over my words a little more than normal, and had a good time. Our table was what you could call the "kid" table. We were the young ones drinking.
Slept in Saturday and did nothing all day long. It was nice. Sunday appeared to be taking the same route, but finally about 4:30, my husband and I decided that we needed to get some laundry done and dishes done.
Didn't get a single workout in, nor did I count my calories.

TOPS
Yesterday was a day that wasn't out of the ordinary. Got up late...go figure, went to work, went to class (was bored out of my mind), and then to TOPS. TOPS is a weight-loss support group:
After TOPS, I went home and read...I should have worked out, but I didn't...I really need to find my motivation. Maybe this week will help, we started the "Weight Loss Olympics" this week and the event for the week is "Figure Walking". If you walk the most miles in the week, you get a prize.
Other than that, I had qualified for another trip. They gave it away this morning and I didn't win, but I didn't think I would. Two free trips in one year is a little TOO lucky. But don't worry, I am in a drawing for $1000 tonight. I am going to win that. ;)

Short and Sweet
Nothing interesting has happened since my last post. I wasn't good at all last night, went home, watched "National Treasure", and then uploaded photos so I could get prints. Thought about working out, but the thought never got put into action.

Fatherhood!
So, I know that two posts in one day is a little extreme, but I had a piece of information I wanted to share.
After reevaluating our situation and the circumstances, we have decided to hold off on buying a puppy. I really do want a puppy, but the timing just isn't right.
Anyway, that wasn't the piece of news I wanted to share, but this is: My brother is going to be a daddy!!! Woo-woooo!

Siberian Huskies!!!
OMG! So, Andy and I have been talking about getting a puppy for a while now. We both really want a Siberian Husky, and have been keeping an eye out for some here in the Boise area. This morning when I checked my email, there was a notification that someone was selling 6 here in the Boise area for only $500 when they normally run closer to $1000. Now I am not so sure. Can we really afford it? Will it be too much of a distraction from school? But they are sooooooo cute.
Now some of my coworkers are trying to talk me out of it and they have good points, but they are so cute and we have both been wanting a dog for a while. Bleh.
Other than that, I have an Accounting exam today that I studied for last night, so between that, late class, driving home in the snow and making dinner, I ran out of time and didn't work out last night. In addition to that, I was high on my calories. Oh well, today will be better.

So much to do!
I left the house yesterday and forgot to grab my phone, so as I was on my way home last night, I had no one to talk to, like I normally do. So, I began to make a list. This list started as a priority list for when I arrived home, then began going into what needed done in the next few days. What classes I have homework in, tests I need to study for, people I need to call, etc. Every time I would stop at a stoplight, I would end up writing 3 or 4 things down. Well, by the time I got home, my list ended up being 28 items. Bleh. Perfect timing is that as I was realizing how long this list was getting, that new Fred Meyer commercial came on, "Too many things to do this holiday season, why not head to Fred Meyer." Too bad all my things can't get done there. I must say that actually getting everything written down, was a HUGE relief.
Other than a massive to-do list, I am EXTREMELY excited!!! Although it is entirely up to God, Andy and I kind of have our next two years planned out. We are both currently attending classes at Boise State University in addition to working full time, so it's a little stressful, but will be worth it. Anyway, if everything stays on track and things go according to plan, I will be graduating on May 16, 2009. A year and a half left! At which point, Andy and I are finally going to take our honeymoon/graduation trip. I found the tour yesterday that I want!!! It is a 19 day, 18 night tour through Europe. You start in London and end in London, but locations you visit along the way include Amsterdam, Brussels, Venice, Rome, Pompeii, Pisa, & Paris!!! We just have to get VERY serious about saving up for it. I have got ourselves on a budget now.
Also at that point and time, I have finally gotten Andy to somewhat agree that we can start trying to have a baby. This means that I finally have to get serious about making myself more healthy. I have been starting in baby steps. There was a six month period where I didn't drink caffeine at all, and although I don't think I am going to go that extreme again, I am going to try to cut back. Also, I have started working out in small increments. I am going to try and keep my workout "diary" on here. Maybe people can help me with the accountability factor.
